How and when do I get my tickets?

Digitally — through the Yas Island app, through Ticketmaster, or as a PDF emailed to you, depending on the event. Delivery lands no later than 24 to 48 hours before the event starts, and we email you the moment your tickets are released.

Why is this ticket more expensive than face value?

Because sellers on a resale marketplace price to demand. On busy shows prices rise as the remaining inventory shrinks; on quieter dates they fall below face value. The price you see already includes all fees.

Which category should I pick for a concert?

If you want to be close to the artist, take a floor or front lower-tier category. If you would rather see the whole production and spend less, the lower tier or the front of the upper tier gives you the best value.

Can I buy tickets for a group?

Yes — up to eight tickets per order, and seats in one order are always allocated together. For larger groups, place a second order or contact our support team.

What a ticket category actually buys you

A category is a group of sections sold at one price because they offer a comparable view. Promoters name them differently from show to show — Floor, VIP, Gold, Category 1 — but they always map onto the same three positions in the bowl.

Floor and VIP categories — closest to the stage, the highest prices and the first to sell out. Choose these when being near the performers matters more than the wide view.
Lower tier categories — elevated and central, the best compromise between proximity and perspective. Usually the deepest part of the price list.
Upper tier categories — the full stage in one frame at the lowest price. The sensible choice for productions built around screens, lighting and staging.

Premium hospitality: boxes, suites and the club lounge

The arena also runs premium hospitality, which is a different product rather than simply a better seat.

Hospitality Box — semi-private, with dedicated service and a position close to the action; sized for a small group.
Luxury Suites — the venue’s flagship hospitality option for hosting guests privately across the whole event.
Aldar Club Lounge — lounge space in the same premium tier, alongside the suites.

These areas are limited and are not offered for every event. If a premium category is on sale for the show you want, you will see it among the ticket categories on that event page.

Why prices differ from face value

We are an independent resale marketplace, not the box office. Prices here are set by sellers and follow demand, so a ticket can sit above or below the original face value: sought-after shows drift up as inventory thins, quieter dates drift down.

What you see is what you pay. The price on the card is final — all fees are already included — and the amount is charged in the event currency. If you are browsing in another currency, the figure on screen is a live conversion for guidance.

How you receive your tickets

Tickets are issued digitally. Depending on the event that means the Yas Island app, Ticketmaster, or a PDF sent to the email address on your order — and they reach you no later than 24 to 48 hours before doors open.

Bring a valid photo ID as well as your ticket: the arena can ask for it at the gate. Each ticket admits one person once, so plan on staying inside for the duration of the show.
