How do I buy tickets for an event at Etihad Arena?

Open the event page, pick a ticket category and quantity, and complete the secure checkout on a single screen. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted.

Are the prices above face value?

They can be either side of it. Sellers price to demand on a resale marketplace, so tickets can be above or below the original price. All fees are already included in what you see.

A valid photo ID. It can be requested at the gate together with your ticket, and it is required for alcohol service to guests aged 21 and over.

What time do doors open?

It varies by event, so check the event page. As a rule, arriving 45 to 60 minutes early covers parking, security and finding your seat. Latecomers are seated only at a suitable break.

Is parking free at the arena?

On officially scheduled event days, yes — parking is complimentary in the arena’s facilities, with no validation needed unless the organiser says otherwise.

Yes, up to 30 × 30 × 15 cm. Larger bags are not allowed inside and the arena has no cloakroom.

Can I get a refund or change my tickets?

I left something at the arena — what now?

Buying tickets

We are an independent resale marketplace for events at Etihad Arena. You pick an event, choose a price category, and buy tickets through a secure single-screen checkout. Prices are set by sellers, which is why they can sit above or below face value, and the price you see already includes all fees.

Up to eight tickets can go in one order, and seats in the same order are always allocated next to each other.

Getting your tickets

Tickets are issued digitally: through the Yas Island app, through Ticketmaster, or as a PDF sent to the email on your order, depending on the event. They arrive no later than 24 to 48 hours before the event starts, and we email you as soon as they are released.

On event day

Bring a valid photo ID as well as your ticket — both can be checked at the gate.
Bags are limited to 30 × 30 × 15 cm and there is no cloakroom.
Outside food, drinks and alcohol are not allowed; bars and food outlets operate inside.
A ticket admits one person once — there is no re-entry.
Smoking, including vapes, is not permitted indoors.
Guests under 16 need an accompanying adult aged 21 or over.

Payment and currency

Checkout takes major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can browse prices in several currencies, but the charge itself is always made in the event currency — the converted figures are there for guidance.
