Etihad Arena Seating Plan, Ticket Categories & Prices

Seating rises away from the stage in tiers, and every tier looks down toward the action. Whatever the event, the three families of seats behave the same way.

• Floor — the flat area closest to the stage or field of play. Depending on the production it is either standing or seated, and it is where you are physically nearest the performers.
• Lower Tier — the first raised ring of seats. It trades a few metres of distance for elevation, which is why regulars often call it the sweet spot: you still see faces, but you also see the whole stage.
• Upper Tier — the highest ring. It gives the widest, most complete view of the stage and the most affordable tickets in the building.

Within each tier the bowl is split into numbered blocks that run around the arena, rows are lettered from the front of the block, and seats are numbered along the row. Your ticket names all three: block, row, seat.

A category is a group of sections sold at one price because they offer a comparable view. Promoters name them differently from show to show — Floor, VIP, Gold, Category 1 — but they always map onto the same three positions in the bowl.

• Floor and VIP categories — closest to the stage, the highest prices and the first to sell out. Choose these when being near the performers matters more than the wide view.
• Lower tier categories — elevated and central, the best compromise between proximity and perspective. Usually the deepest part of the price list.
• Upper tier categories — the full stage in one frame at the lowest price. The sensible choice for productions built around screens, lighting and staging.

Every event page on this site lists the categories on sale with the price per ticket and how many are left, so you can compare them side by side before you buy tickets.

Beyond regular seating the arena runs a premium hospitality programme. Three names come up most often, and they are worth knowing when you compare tickets.

• Hospitality Box — a semi-private area with dedicated service, positioned close to the action and sized for a small group rather than a crowd.
• Luxury Suites — the arena’s top hospitality product, aimed at hosting guests in a private setting for the whole event.
• Aldar Club Lounge — a members-style lounge space that sits alongside the suites in the venue’s premium tier.

Premium inventory is limited and is not released for every show. When a premium category is available for an event, it appears in the ticket categories on that event page.

A concert may push the stage to one end and add a standing floor. A UFC or boxing night puts the cage or ring in the centre and sells seats all the way around it. A family show seats the floor in rows. That means the blocks on sale, the sightlines and the number of price categories differ from event to event.

For that reason we do not publish one static chart. Every event page on this site shows the interactive seat map for that specific show, with the sections actually on sale, their price category and the tickets left in each. Open the event you want and the plan you see is the plan for that night.

We are an independent resale marketplace, not the box office. Prices here are set by sellers and follow demand, so a ticket can sit above or below the original face value: sought-after shows drift up as inventory thins, quieter dates drift down.

What you see is what you pay. The price on the card is final — all fees are already included — and the amount is charged in the event currency. If you are browsing in another currency, the figure on screen is a live conversion for guidance.

Tickets are issued digitally. Depending on the event that means the Yas Island app, Ticketmaster, or a PDF sent to the email address on your order — and they reach you no later than 24 to 48 hours before doors open.

Bring a valid photo ID as well as your ticket: the arena can ask for it at the gate. Each ticket admits one person once, so plan on staying inside for the duration of the show.

Lifts and escalators serve every level, so you are never forced to take stairs to reach your tier. Restrooms are on every level except the mezzanine, on both the north and south sides of the arena, which is worth remembering during a short interval.
