EtihadArenaTickets.com is an independent ticket reseller providing access to high-demand events at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. We are not the official box office and do not claim any direct affiliation with Etihad Arena or event organizers.

3. Ticket Sales

• All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or transferred unless stated otherwise.
  
• Prices may be above or below face value depending on market demand.
  
• Seating categories are clearly indicated during the booking process.
  

4. Delivery of Tickets

• Tickets are delivered electronically via email or official ticketing apps.
  
• Delivery time depends on the event and organizer; in most cases, tickets are sent 48–24 hours before the event.
  
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details to ensure successful delivery.
  

5. Event Changes or Cancellations

• If an event is canceled without rescheduling, customers will be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy).
  
• If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
  

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for event changes (line-up, schedule, venue).
  
• We are not liable for losses due to travel, accommodation, or personal expenses.
  

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
