- If an event is officially canceled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price (excluding certain transaction fees that may be non-refundable).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
2. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
- If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date.
- Refunds will not be issued in this case.
3. Delivery Issues
- If your tickets are not delivered due to a verified fault on our part or the seller’s part, and no replacement can be arranged, you will receive a full refund.
4. Customer Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information (email, phone number).
- We are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to incorrect or inaccessible information provided by you.
5. Discretionary Refunds
- In special circumstances, we may issue partial refunds, credits, or replacements at our discretion.
